Set up your account by chatting with Claude.

Add Conversley as a connector in Claude and say "Set up my account". Claude asks a few questions and sets up your AI agent, Agent Desk, knowledge, queues and integrations with you, then runs a test chat.

Connect in three steps.

Works in Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile app. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector once for the organisation, then each person connects.

  1. In Claude, open Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

  2. Name it Conversley and paste this address, then press Add and Connect.

    Leave the client ID and secret empty.

  3. Sign in to Conversley with your login and two-step code, choose your business and press Allow.

    Then say to Claude: Set up my account

What Claude can do, and what it cannot.

Claude works with the rights of the person who connected it, on one business only. Everything it does is the same setup you can do yourself in the portal.

Claude can

  • See your features and setup progress
  • Set up and change the features you are allowed to change
  • Add your website pages and facts to your knowledge base
  • Set up Agent Desk queues and who works in them
  • Connect and test your systems, with keys typed only in Conversley
  • Run a test chat (free)
  • See problems and retry failed setup steps

Claude cannot

  • Delete anything
  • Spend beyond your limits
  • Change your plan or payments
  • See your customers' conversations
  • See or type passwords and keys

Safe by design.

  • You sign in with your own login and two-step code, and choose one business.
  • Changes to anything your customers already use are shown to you first, and only applied when you agree.
  • Every action is recorded in your history, and each change can be undone.
  • Website text and documents are treated as information, never as instructions to Claude.
  • Disconnect at any time in Settings › Set up with Claude. Removing a person, a new password or signing out everywhere ends their connections at once.

Run this command, then sign in through your browser and press Allow. Where a browser sign-in is not possible, create a connection token in Settings › Set up with Claude.
