Terms of service

The rules for using our service. Last updated October 2026.

The service

Conversley provides AI agents that answer customers in chat on a client's channels, plus the console, reports and tools around them. These terms apply to the demo and to paid use.

The 72-hour demo

The demo is free, for evaluation only, and runs for 72 hours from registration. Don't upload confidential documents or real customers' personal data to the demo.

Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if someone may have accessed your account. You are responsible for the users you add and what they do.

Your content and instructions

You own your knowledge base, settings and conversations. You are responsible for their accuracy: the agent answers from what you give it. You give us the rights needed to store and process your content to provide the service.

AI limitations

The agent can make mistakes. It is designed to answer only from your knowledge base, hand over when unsure and correct wrong facts, but it does not replace your judgement for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences. Set hand-over rules that suit your business.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, mislead or harass people, send spam, collect payment card details in chat, or try to break into or overload the service. On WhatsApp you must also follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

Fees

Paid use is charged per conversation and for add-ons as shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing, plus extra users beyond those included. Invoices are due within the terms shown on them. We may suspend the service for invoices more than 30 days overdue after notice.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We can end the service for serious breaches of these terms. After it ends you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; then we delete it.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, Conversley's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell clients about important changes in advance.
